Native Contacts on Mobile Devices
Corporate contacts can be provisioned directly as native contacts on user devices:
- Contacts are stored in a dedicated Outlook/Exchange contact folder (e.g., Company Contacts).
- Using an MDM solution such as Microsoft Intune, this folder automatically syncs to mobile devices.
- Since contacts reside on the device, they are available offline and integrate seamlessly with built-in OS functions such as Caller ID, Siri, Google Assistant, and navigation apps.
